Bookings are for one week or longer.  There is one exception to this rule.  If you find
a gap in the availability calendar where less than one week is available, your booking
can be for less than a week.  In this case, you would arrive the same day other guests
are departing, and depart the same day other guests are arriving.  For bookings that
are longer or shorter than one week, rates are pro-rated based on the weekly pricing
shown below.
